1.  Katherine recently had a double mastectomy after breast cancer. She was scheduled to return to work and had a relapse. The side effects from the treatments caused damaged in both hands and she was then scheduled for carpal tunnel surgery in both hands. Due to the most recent surgery she lost her job and insurance. The surgery was non successful and she now suffers nerve damage in her hands. She has fallen behind on her monthly bills along with a plethora of hospital bills coming in due to loss of insurance.

1. Anonymous was suffering from neuropathy and was walking on a broken leg and ankle for months. He was evaluated and hardware was placed and recovery began. After 10 months of ortho he had no forward progress and went for a 2nd opinion. At this appointment he was told all the hardware would have to be removed and a rod would be installed though the bottom of his foot through the tibia to see any forward progress with this foot. Unfortunately he lost his job during all of this and he is the sole provider for his family. His wife has been in and out of the hospital with kidney issues. She us unable to work and has stones removed regularly.
