Sonya Carbeno has been fighting and struggling to receive her disability for over a year now on top of dealing with her multiple health issues that just keep piling up. During this time Sonya has had multiple eviction notices and her electricity turned off. She has relied on her family and friends to keep afloat.  In July Sonya was put off for another month(s) from receiving her disability check and has a shut off notice on her electric and possible eviction from her home. We are assisting Sonya with her daily bills in hopes she will begin receiving her checks in October.

We will not be disclosing any names of this family due to 2 underaged children being attached. We received a phone call from a family member who is concerned with the well-being of the 2 children. They were living in a home with no electricity or running water. The children are now homeless without proper clothing or accessories due to being removed from their home. The children need clothing and personal hygiene products for their own safety and well-being at this time. We will be assisting family 2 through a family member to assure the children get all the resources they need.
